If you make a payment online, our staff will never have access to your credit card information and your transaction will be made via WorldPay’s servers. Once you have made the payment, you will return to the Musical Images website and an email will be sent to you acknowledging your order.
If you make a payment via telephone, we will guarantee to destroy your credit card information once we have authorised the payment and the goods have been dispatched. In the event of us needing to issue a refund for any reason, we may need you to provide your payment details again and the same guarantee will apply.
