Delivery Information
- Musical Images offers FREE delivery for ALL orders to mainland UK.
- We do not supply to, or accept orders from, outside mainland UK.
- Musical Images works with two couriers: Royal Mail and City Link.
- All orders over 1KG are sent via City Link. Small items up to 1KG (depending on bulk) are usually sent via Royal Mail.
- We will ship stocked products within 1 working day of receiving your order. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you immediately and give you an estimated delivery date. You will be able to cancel your order at this stage should you wish to do so and we will reimburse all payments you have made.
- In order to minimise fraud, we will only ship goods to the cardholder's registered address.
- Our couriers will endeavour to deliver goods as arranged at the time of order. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non-delivery or other factors beyond our control.
- We will inform you as soon as the order is dispatched. If the goods do not arrive within 2-3 working days, please contact us and we will help track the order for you.
- Non-delivery:- Should you be unavailable when our couriers make delivery, you will receive a notice telling you the telephone number and address of the distribution centre where you can pick up your package, or contact them to arrange a re-delivery. You will need to take a driving licence or other form of identification with you when you pick up your parcel.
