Returns Policy

Cancellation or Revision of an Open Order

• If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order please contact us on 020 866 33 777 we will be happy to change or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. If you order has already been dispatched, please see the relevant section below.

Unwanted Product Returns Within 7 Days

• You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within seven days of purchase and we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement.
• We will not refund any delivery charges and you will be liable for the costs of returning the product(s).
• Please follow the returns procedure, below.

Unwanted Product Returns After 7 Days.

• After seven days, unwanted goods will only be accepted at Musical Images' discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
• We will not refund any delivery charges and you will be liable for the costs of returning the product(s).
• Returns must be made within a reasonable period, up to a maximum of 28 days from the date you received the product(s).
• Please follow the returns procedure, below.

Return of Faulty Goods Within 28 Days

• If you believe your product was delivered with, or has developed, a fault please speak to a member of our staff in the first instance. Many issues that appear to be faults can be rectified without the need to return the product.
• If your product is faulty when you receive it or develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will offer you a free repair, full refund or a replacement.
• This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, dropping, damage resulting from exposure to sand or water, or failure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions.
• Faults will have to be verified by us, our service agents or the manufacturer of the product, which may take a few days to complete.
• We will be able to refund your delivery charges, up to the value of £8.00.
• If you require a refund, please follow our returns procedure below.
• If the product has been returned to us and no fault is found, you are liable for all carriage costs and the time spent investigating the issue. This charge will be a minimum of £25.00.

Return of Faulty Goods After 28 Days.

• If your product develops a fault after 28 days of purchase but within the warranty period, you can get it repaired for free. You are advised to contact the manufacturer and use their warranty procedure.
• In order to help resolve your problem we are happy to refer you to the relevant manufacturer and provide you with contact information for them or their service agents to assist.
• All goods supplied in a new condition by Musical Images will have a minimum of twelve months manufacturer's warranty.
• Goods supplied used or refurbished will all state clearly that they are used or refurbished and what warranty is offered on their product pages.

Returns Procedure

• You must contact us before returning a product and we will issue you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation). Failure to do so may result in difficulties identifying the goods being returned which may result in delays or difficulties in issuing refunds.
• Please note: Our returns policy does not apply to headphones for hygiene reasons.
• Unwanted products must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging with all accessories. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged or has any accessories missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge for missing accessories.
• If you are returning a faulty product, you will need to include a covering note with your contact details and a brief explanation of the problem.

• Please ensure you get insurance cover for the full value of the product(s) as we will not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
• If we have arranged for a courier collection of your product, this will occur between 9:00am and 5:30pm. We are unable to give precise collection times and it is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be present at the collection address when the courier arrives.
